My girls got seats in a row twelve
I got mine in a row fourteen
With row thirteen wedged in between
Or, this is what I thought
When we boarded a flight
From a distant resort
Continental Airlines being superstitious and all
Just ripped row thirteen
From all airplanes that they control
So, I was fine, safe and protected
From any mystery
That could be expected
On Black Friday, the thirteenth
After a big quarrel
… with famous Haitian voodoo queen!
